About

VeriTime Time Tracker started almost eleven years ago. It was initially a small application that I wrote to assist me in tracking my time in a Y2K project I was involved in. Eventually, I released it as a shareware application and as they say, the rest is history.

My name is Phillip Flores and I am the author of VeriTime Time Tracker. I have been writing software for a while. It is something I love doing and I can see myself doing it for a very long time. I used to and still develop Microsoft Windows desktop applications using Delphi but with web applications becoming more and more popular and pervasive I started to study how to write this kind of application.

Here is a brief rundown of things I have done and currently doing (in random order)

  • Designed and developed a client/server application using Delphi for a document courier company. The clients of this company used the application to keep track of where their documents were as well as request for document pickup. The application was installed in over 80 different locations with a total of over 150 users.
  • Wrote an application using Delphi to manage the car rentals for the biggest car rental company in the southwestern part of Sydney, Australia. This application is still being used (12 years and still going strong).
  • Developed a chemical storage management system software to assist a chemical storage company locate and manage the inventory of the chemicals stored in its warehouses. This application is still in use six (6) years after its deployment.
  • Developed a library web application using PHP and CodeIgniter.
  • Assisted in the design and development of an ASP.NET application that enabled selected employees and their managers to perform a performance survey.

If you are in need of a software developer and think that I can be of assistance please send me an email.
